Untamed Elements was born in 2019 and sky-rocketed through 2020-21.

Founded by a massage therapist and herbalist with a deep love for bodywork, energetics, and plant medicine, Untamed Elements was born out of the belief that healing doesn't need to be intimidating, boring, or gatekept.

Whether you are sipping tea under a full moon, crafting your first DIY salve, or just trying to remember the difference between Lemon balm and Lemongrass (no shame here), you are in the right spot.

Our apothecary is filled with intentionally chosen herbs and tools to support the body's natural rhythm - physically, emotionally, and energetically. We focus on sensory, hands-on learning and offer products, kits, and experiences that are equal parts education and play.
